Have an idea that could improve Omnium? We welcome feature requests and feedback from our users. 

How to submit a feature request

Feature requests should be submitted through feature request form:

What to include in your request

Required Information

  • A clear and concise description of the feature

  • Why you or your team needs this functionality
    (What problem does it solve? What value does it add?)

  • Your tenant/company name 

Recommended information

  • Real-life use case or scenario where the feature would be used

  • Screenshots, mockups, or examples (if applicable)

  • Any workarounds you're currently using

  • Expected business impact (e.g., time saved, revenue implications, operational improvements)

 

Evaluation and follow-up

All feature requests are reviewed by our product and development teams. While we cannot guarantee implementation, we consider:

  • Relevance to our broader customer base

  • Strategic alignment with our roadmap

  • Technical feasibility and implementation effort

You will receive a confirmation once your request has been logged. If the feature is selected for development, we will keep you informed on progress.
