When you’re logged in and submit a support request, you can:
Add people in CC
Follow the status of your case
See an overview of your open cases
If you submit a request without logging in, you won’t be able to add people in CC or view your case history.
We can also set up admin access for your organization. This lets one or more people see all cases submitted by colleagues using the same email domain.
