Price list can be used for updating prices on a bunch of products.
Creating a price list
Under the products menu, select the price list tab. In the upper right corner, select “New price list”
Add a name for the price list and select a market and currency. This can also be modified later. To add products to the list, select Edit and then Add products. From here you can either search for products to add one by one, or you can insert a list of SKU id’s
Work with prices
After products are added to the price list, you can manually change the prices directly in the UI by checking the Unit price toggle, Make sure that currency is selected by pressing Edit -> Metadata.
Another method is to calculate new prices based on profit or a percentage adjustment. This can be done by clicking Edit and Calculate:
The last method to change prices is to import a price list from an Excel spreadsheet. You can read more about this under Export and import of price lists.
Publishing price list
When publishing a price list, all products in the list will be updated with the new price. On the product price list, the price will be tagged with the price list name (this is currently only showing on products marked with IsSKU).
Before publishing a price list you need to choose a timing on the price list. You do this by clicking Edit -> Timing and inserting dates. When valid dates are set and you are ready to publish the prices, press the Update button. The prices will then get a green checked mark to show that the price is active (you may need to press F5).
If you delete a price list, the prices will also automatically be removed from the involved products.
Export and import of price lists
The price list can be exported to Excel by clicking Export. You can also import new prices to the list by importing the same price list with updated prices. You can also add new products and prices by importing a list from Excel.
