This article describes the steps to invite new users to Omnium, allowing you to assign roles and permissions for their access. Please follow these steps to successfully invite and onboard new users to the platform.
1. To invite new users to Omnium, navigate to "Configuration" -> "Authorization" -> "Invites."
2. Fill in the user’s email address
3. Next, choose the role that the new user should have and specify their access permissions.
4. Click “send invites”. The user will receive an email notification and must complete the registration process independently by following the instructions provided in the email.
