Ensure that you have received an invitation to your email and follow these steps to complete your registration.
Error messages and solutions
Your password is incorrect
If you have forgotten your password, please click "forgot your password?" and create a new one.
We can’t seem to find your account
If you receive this error message, it indicates that there is no user registered in Omnium with that email address. Contact your administrator to get an invitation.
Are you an admin user who has been contacted by a user unable to complete their registration?
1. Has the user gotten this error message: "We’re terribly sorry, but it appears that your user does not have an invite or access rights to access Omnium. Are you certain this is the email address you received the invite at? You will be redirected to login in 60 seconds”?
Possible solution:
- The user is not registering with the same email address as the invitation was created with. Ensure that the user is using the correct email address.
- Check for spelling mistakes and verify ".no/.com".
- Some organizations operate with two email addresses, for example, "ola@omnium.no" and "ola.normann@omnium.no". Double-check that the correct one is being used.
- Verify that the user is registering in the correct environment.
2. If the user is still unable to access, delete the invite from the configuration and then re-invite the user.
