With a multi-employee user, you can register a user with specific roles, access rights, market access, and store access. You can then add multiple people to this registered email, allowing them to log in using the same email address but with their own unique PIN code to access Omnium. This enables multiple users associated with a store to access Omnium using the store's email address.
- Navigate to Configuration -> Authorization -> Users
- Select a user from the list that you want to change to a multi-user.
- Activate the multi-employee user by using the toggle switch.
- Once activated, the multi-employee user section will be added to the page
- Click on the three ellipsis (...) and select "Add Employee".
- Enter the name, email, and phone number of the employee you want to add.
- Set a PIN code that the user will use when logging in to Omnium.
- Once added, all the employees registered can now log in using the store's email and their own PIN code.
- When a user is logged in, their name will be displayed at the top of the page.
