The cart can be created from different views:
- From the "Cart" section in the navigation.
- From the customer card, where you have the option to create a new cart, the customer is automatically assigned to the cart.
- By adding a product to the cart from the product list and selecting "Add to cart."
Create a cart from the cart navigation
- Click on cart in the navigation, then click on new cart
Create a cart from the customer card
- Navigate to customers
- Click on the customer's name.
- Click on new cart.
- When creating a cart from the customer card, the cart will automatically be associated with the selected customer. If the customer has a store assigned in their customer profile, the cart will also be linked to that store and its corresponding market.
Create a cart from the product list
- Navigate to the product list.
- Click on the three dots -> click add to cart.
- Click "Add to new cart." You will then be redirected to the newly created cart.
- In this example “add to selected cart” is greyed out.
- If you leave the newly created cart, it will be pinned at the top, making it easy to return to the cart.
- If you return to the product list, the "Add to Selected Cart" button will no longer be grayed out. To add a new product to the same cart, click on "Add to Selected Cart".
Note: When a cart is converted into an order, it will no longer be found in the cart list.
