Create a cart from different views

The cart can be created from different views:

  • From the "Cart" section in the navigation.
  • From the customer card, where you have the option to create a new cart, the customer is automatically assigned to the cart.
  • By adding a product to the cart from the product list and selecting "Add to cart."

Create a cart from the cart navigation

  1. Click on cart in the navigation, then click on new cart



Create a cart from the customer card

  1. Navigate to customers



  2. Click on the customer's name.
  3. Click on new cart.



  4. When creating a cart from the customer card, the cart will automatically be associated with the selected customer. If the customer has a store assigned in their customer profile, the cart will also be linked to that store and its corresponding market.

Create a cart from the product list

  1. Navigate to the product list.



  2. Click on the three dots -> click add to cart.

  3. Click "Add to new cart." You will then be redirected to the newly created cart.



  4. In this example “add to selected cart” is greyed out.

  5. If you leave the newly created cart, it will be pinned at the top, making it easy to return to the cart.




  6. If you return to the product list, the "Add to Selected Cart" button will no longer be grayed out. To add a new product to the same cart, click on "Add to Selected Cart".

Note: When a cart is converted into an order, it will no longer be found in the cart list.
