Order Comments for Customer
Let's say you have created an offer to a customer, and you want the customer to know that you have created an offer/cart with an expired date. Use the order comments to communicate to the customer that you have created a cart. The comment can be sent as a SMS or through email.
Follow these steps to inform the customer about the new offer
- Select either email or SMS.
- Enter the information you wish to include.
- Click "Send Email" to proceed.
Cart activate/deactivated
When a cart is activated, it becomes visible to customers in the online store, allowing them to view, accept, and fulfill the cart or offer from the online shop.An expiration date can be set, making the cart invisible to customers after the specified time while still accessible to salespersons in Omnium. Although setting an expiration date is optional, it can be a valuable feature, giving customers a clear timeframe to make a decision and complete their purchase.
Products tab
The products tab displays a list of items available for purchase, allowing you to search and add products to the current cart. It features the same filtering options as the main product list and lets you search for products by their name or sku.
When you click the drop-down button to view the inventory, the selected store will be displayed in bold text.
Order details tab
In the Order details tab, an overview of the cart is provided, including the total price, shipment details, and products added to the cart. The inventory of the order lines is also displayed. In this example, Bikeshop Drammen is set as the store, and the inventory for the products in the cart is available from this view. Options to edit, manage, print, and download the cart are available from this view.
Cost tab
An overview of the products added to the cart and the total profit calculated based on their cost price.
