Transfer inventory between warehouses/stores

To move inventory from one warehouse or store to another, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Products → Purchase Orders.
    
2. Click the three-dot menu (ellipsis) on the top right.
   
   
    
3. Select "New internal transfer" from the dropdown menu.
    
4. In the new transfer window, select the "From warehouse" and the "To warehouse".
   
   
    
5. Click Create to generate the transfer order.
    
6. Click Edit, then Add Product.
   
   
    
7. Select the product(s) you want to transfer.
    
8. Adjust the quantity under the "Quantity" tab as needed.
   
   
    
9. Select the order lines, then click Manage → Create Delivery.
    
10. Click Create to initiate the delivery.
     
11. You’ll now be redirected to the Deliveries page. When the items arrive at the destination warehouse/store:
     
    • Select the order lines.
       
    • Click Manage → Goods Reception.
      
      
       
12. Click Process Goods Reception to confirm the inventory arrival.
     
13. The inventory is now successfully transferred from Warehouse A to Warehouse B.
     
14. You can view this transfer in the Products → Inventory Transactions list.
