Merge customers

If the same customer has been added to the system more than once, you can merge the duplicate records into a single profile. This works for Private and Business customers.All order history will be preserved.

 

  1. Go to Customers in the navigation menu.
  2. Find and select the customer you want to merge.
  3. On the customer details page, locate the Contact Information section.
  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to Contact Information.
  5. Select  Change Customer number from the dropdown.
  6. Enter the ID number of the customer  you want to merge into.

 

âš  Important: This action cannot be undone. Double-check the customer ID before confirming.


After Merging

Once complete, you will see all orders from both records combined in a single view. The full order history from both customers will be visible going forward.
