If the same customer has been added to the system more than once, you can merge the duplicate records into a single profile. This works for Private and Business customers.All order history will be preserved.
- Go to Customers in the navigation menu.
- Find and select the customer you want to merge.
- On the customer details page, locate the Contact Information section.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to Contact Information.
- Select Change Customer number from the dropdown.
- Enter the ID number of the customer you want to merge into.
âš Important: This action cannot be undone. Double-check the customer ID before confirming.
After Merging
Once complete, you will see all orders from both records combined in a single view. The full order history from both customers will be visible going forward.
