Configuring Notifications

There are options to automatically notify customers at key points in the process — for example, when their order is ready for pickup or has been cancelled.

To configure notification templates:

  1. Go to Configuration in the main menu
  2. Select Notifications
  3. Look for the Click and Collect notification types
  4. Edit or enable the templates relevant to your workflow.

 

 

The example below shows a template for when an order is ready for pick up. Here you can create email or SMS templates and show preview before publishing.  There are multiple filters to choose from such as: Markets,Shipping type, Order types and add relevant tags.
