Once an order is placed, it will appear in your Click and Collect list — accessible from the main left-hand navigation menu in Omnium. Access can be filtered by store so employees will see orders placed at their own store.
Searching and Filtering Orders
The list includes advanced search and filter options to help you find specific orders quickly. You can filter by order status (e.g. New, Ready for Pickup, Urgent), customer name or order number, and date or deadline.
