Disabling unused order features

This guide explains how to remove unused options from the manage tab in the order window to streamline the user interface and reduce potential errors.


Steps to disable features

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Advanced > Disabled Features.

  2. Choose features to disable

You can disable the following options based on what’s not needed:

  • Add Product – Removes the option to manually add products to an order.
     
  • Create Partial Shipment – Hides the ability to split shipments.
     
  • Create Return Order – Disables return order creation.
     
  • Create Replacement Order – Hides the option to create replacement orders.

     Tip: Only disable options that are not relevant to your daily operations.
     

3. Publish Your Changes

After selecting the options to disable, click Publish Changes to apply them.
