Manually Completing a Delivery

The delivery status is automatically set to "Completed" when all order lines in the delivery have been fully received. Previously, there was no way to override this behavior, but it is now possible to manually complete a delivery — even if one or more lines have not been fully received.

When to use manual completion

You should use the manual completion feature when:

  • The store/warehouse has received fewer items than ordered, and no additional items are expected.

How to manually complete a delivery

  1. Navigate to the desired delivery via: Products → Deliveries → [Select delivery]
  2. Click on the three ellipsis → edit delivery status


     
  3. Select status completed in the drop down and click save
