Create return order

Before initiating a return for an order, please ensure that the order has the status "sent" and the items have been delivered. It's not possible to create a return for items that are not marked as "delivered."

1. Click on the order for which you want to create a return.

2. Select the items that you wish to return.

3. Click on "Manage" and then select "Create return order."

4. Choose the reason for the return. See adding return types

5. If you do not want to update the stock inventory, uncheck the "Update Stock" option.

6. Click on "Create and Credit."

7. To complete the return order, click on "Returns" and select the new return order.

8. Select "Set to Complete".

Note: Orders payed with vipps can only be refunded up to 365 days after reservation. After 365 days since the reservation the merchant must contact the customer to find a different way to make the refund.

 

It is not possible to refund a larger amount than the captured amount.
