To charge the customer for return shipping, follow these steps:
Go to Configurations → Markets → Choose a market → Returns
Return type charges define fees that are deducted from the refund amount when a specific return type is used, and are specified per currency. For example, you can set a fee of 59 NOK or ay other currency depending on the market.
For further settings:
Go to Configurations → Orders → Return settings
You can choose to disable credit shipment when creating a return. There is also an option to limit return charges to one per order. If a customer has already paid a return fee on a previous return from the same order, the option to charge them again is disabled. This is useful if you want to avoid double-charging on partial returns.
