Goodwill refund

In some cases it is necessary to credit parts of an order as a goodwill, or as a compensation for late deliveries, damaged goods, or other reasons.

Creating a refund for an order without creating a return order

You can credit specific order lines or the entire order without creating a return order. Here’s how:

1.  Select order lines and select “Credit order lines” from the menu.
   
   
    

2.  The credit dialog will divide the credit amount on the selected line items. If there already is a credited amount on the order, the available amount to credit will be adjusted. Any credits connected to the line items will be displayed on the line:
