When you have to inform a large number of customers about various updates, like order delays or other important notices, you can make use of a bulk messaging feature. This feature enables you to efficiently contact all customers at once, whether through SMS or email.
Let's say you need to notify several customers about order delays caused by issues with your shipping provider.
- Navigate to the order list.
- Filter orders affected by the delay, such as those with shipment via PostNord or Bring and with status "in progress."
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner -> select "Send Messages."
- Choose whether to send a SMS or email.
- Fill in the necessary information and click send.
- Type in the correct numbers of messages.
- The comment/message will be visible on the order
