Mass updating orders to remove error messages

Suppose an error has occurred and has now been resolved. Instead of updating each order individually to remove the error message, you can perform a mass update on all affected orders by following this steps: 

 

  1. Navigate to the order list.
  2. Open the advanced filter in the order list to filter on a specific error message.



  3. Select all affected orders from the filtered list.

  4. Click on "Orders” at the top of the page to select all orders displayed.



  5. Click on manage -> handle all order errors

  6. Select the specific error message you wish to remove from the orders and click remove error message.
