Suppose an error has occurred and has now been resolved. Instead of updating each order individually to remove the error message, you can perform a mass update on all affected orders by following this steps:
- Navigate to the order list.
- Open the advanced filter in the order list to filter on a specific error message.
- Select all affected orders from the filtered list.
- Click on "Orders” at the top of the page to select all orders displayed.
- Click on manage -> handle all order errors
- Select the specific error message you wish to remove from the orders and click remove error message.
