Notification for canceled order line

We provide a notification template for handling order line cancelations. This enables you to inform your customer when parts of their order have been canceled. You can create and configure an email or SMS template to be triggered in such cases.


Configuring a cancelation notification for order lines

  1. Navigate to configuration -> notifications
  2. Search for "cancel" in the drop down menu and select canceled order lines -> then click new notification.



  3. Enable the email toggle switch to trigger an email, or use the SMS toggle switch to trigger a text message. Ensure all fields are filled in. In this example, you can use the dynamic field {CANCELLED_PRODUCT_LIST} to display the list of canceled product.



  4. Set the filters for which statuses and order types the notification should apply to.



  5. Click save.
  6. To preview the notification, click on "Preview." You can also send a test notification to your email to see how it will appear to your customers.



  7. When an order line is canceled, an email will now be triggered, and this can be viewed in the event log.
