Add custom fonts

You can now upload and use custom fonts in notification templates. This gives you more control over the branding and design of your generated PDFs.

How to upload custom fonts

  1. Navigate to the font settings
    Go to:
    Configuration → Notifications → PDF → 






    Click on the three dots and save and publish changes:

  2. Upload your font files

    • Supported formats: .otf and .woff2

    • Hover over the help icon for additional information.

  3. Apply fonts in the template editor

    • Once uploaded, your custom fonts will be available in the design editor.

    • If the fonts are not visible immediately, refresh the page.

Notes & Best Practices

  • Default fonts hidden: To make it easier to work with custom fonts, the standard system fonts have been hidden.

  • Fallbacks: Consider defining fallback fonts to ensure your templates remain readable if the custom font fails to load.
