Manually trigger a notification from an order

In most cases, customers automatically receive updates such as order confirmations and shipping confirmations as part of your regular order workflow. However, there may be situations where you need to send these messages manually—for example, if the original email wasn’t delivered or if the customer requests a new copy.

1. Navigate to the Order

Go to the specific order for which you want to send a notification.

2. Open the notification menu

Click on Notifications, then select Send order status.

3. Choose an order status

Select the order status you want to trigger the notification for.Note: The available statuses (such as New, In Progress, Sent) depend on your tenant's configuration.

4. Select a notification template

Based on the selected status, a list of available email templates will appear. These templates are configured in the Notification Settings.

5. Click "Send e-mail"

After selecting the appropriate template, click Send Email to send the notification.
